Product Manager - Non tech

This role is responsible for guiding the development and success of a product or set of products or features. They work with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan, while also monitoring the product's performance and making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.

Product Manager - Technical

This role is responsible for guiding the development of a technical product or set of technical products or features. They work with Solution Architect, Engineering and Design teams to define and execute the technical product capabilities, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan, while also providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure that the product is designed, developed, and delivered to meet business goals and customer requirements. 

Program Manager 

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple related programs that are part of a larger projects. They work with cross-functional teams to define the program's objectives, scope, and budget, and then manage the program's overall direction, ensuring that programs are delivering the expected deliverables and drive continuous improvement for scalability and sustainability.

Technical Program Manager 

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple related technical programs/products that are part of a larger scope. They work with cross-functional teams to define the technical program's objectives, scope, and budget, and then manage the program's overall direction, ensuring that technical projects are designed, developed, and delivered to meet product and engineering manager goals to drive ultimate success of a program/product

Project Manager 

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. They work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and then manage the project's resources, schedule, and budget to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the project's goals and objectives. 

Process Manager 

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving business processes within an organization. They work with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, define process improvement opportunities, and then manage the implementation of process changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
